Laissez Les Bons Temps Rouler!
A couple of weekends ago, Kendall and Thomas brought a little bit of Louisiana to Magnolia, Texas, and a Mardi Gras wedding is something I never knew I needed until now.
Kendall and Thomas are both from Louisiana and graduated from LSU, so, naturally, their wedding colors had to be purple and gold, and, naatturralllyyyy, they had to bring a little bit of Mardi Gras into their special day!
I 10000000% recommend adding personal touches to your wedding day to really make it yours.
These two definitely did that with their custom King Cake, LSU cookies, doughnut wall, and colorful exit. These little touches definitely transformed this venue into a place that so perfectly suited them and their special day.
On top of the Mardi Gras wedding that I didn't know I needed (but that I DEFINITELY needed), Kendall and Thomas were so stinking sweet together.
During their "first touch" moment, Kendall gave her soon-to-be hubby a scarf that she made for him (maybe possibly the night before) and it was definitely a unique wedding gift.
This wasn't just a gift, but a personal gift with a story, and I LOVE a good love story.
They had been talking about this scarf since a chilly LSU game, and, maybe Thomas had to wait, but we don't think there could have been a better time for him to receive it.
Kendall and Thomas,
You are such a sweet and kind couple. You complement each other so perfectly, and I loved being a part of your special day.
I wish you both more laughter and LSU games than you can imagine!
